*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of goods within our warehouse and ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and timely. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and a solid understanding of shipping and receiving processes. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards. * Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders. * Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and managing orders. * Operate order pickers and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. * Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate order processing. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. * Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals. * Assist in inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts. *Experience* * Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred. * Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus. * Basic math skills for accurate order picking and inventory management. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes, including packaging standards and documentation requirements.
