We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant for a contract role with one of our clients in Toronto, ON. Duration: 03+ Months Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid Role Responsibilities: Experience as a legal assistant or law clerk Understanding of basic corporate legal terms Excellent communication skills [verbal and written] Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize Strong expertise with Client Suite [Outlook, Word, OneNote, etc] Assisting with the logistics including scheduling, sending invites, booking meeting rooms, arranging necessary technology/support and catering Maintenance of corporate records and registrations including the preparation and distribution of documentation, communications, and updating the Global Legal Entity Management (GEMS) database Thanks & Regards,- LocationToronto, ON
