*Job Title:* Shop Manager for a Detailing Shop *Location:* 19 Waterman Ave Unit 8, Toronto, ON *Job Summary:* Luxury Shine Detailing is looking for a results-driven and experienced *Shop Manager* to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our high-end detailing shop. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and must be willing to learn the auto detailing industry. If you are passionate about customer service, team management, and achieving sales targets, this role is perfect for you. *Compensation:* * *$30 per hour plus 5% commission* on monthly targets. *Key Responsibilities:* * Lead and manage daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and top-quality service delivery. * Drive sales growth by upselling services and ensuring the shop meets or exceeds monthly targets. * Oversee and maintain high standards in auto detailing services, ensuring adherence to company protocols and customer satisfaction. * Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maximize their performance and professional development. * Foster a positive and collaborative team environment while maintaining accountability. * Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, inventory management, and client communication. * Perform vehicle pickups and deliveries when required. *Qualifications:* * *2 years of proven experience* as a shop manager, preferably in the auto detailing or automotive industry. * *2 years of customer service experience* with a strong focus on providing exceptional client satisfaction. * Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a managerial role. * Experience in *sales* and achieving targets, with a demonstrated ability to upsell services effectively. * Background in auto detailing or familiarity with auto detailing processes, equipment, and techniques is an additional bonus.
