*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. You will play a vital role in enhancing the physical and emotional well-being of our clients through therapeutic touch and personalized treatment plans. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their needs and preferences. * Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. * Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes. * Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care. * Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding their comfort levels during sessions. * Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance client care. *Skills* * Proficiency in medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns. * Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients. * Ability to adapt techniques based on individual client needs and preferences. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a therapeutic setting.
