Duties: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff - Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems - Oversee the maintenance of Pool - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs - Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance services - Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies - Train and mentor maintenance staff - Ensure timely completion of work orders Skills: - Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC systems - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Problem-solving skills to address maintenance issues - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures - Attention to detail for accurate record keeping We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in HVAC systems. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair, maintenance, and operation of HVAC systems in our facilities. You will also supervise a team of maintenance staff, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with staff and contractors.
