*Position Summary:* The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible to manage and oversee all warehouse employees and daily warehouse activities ensuring efficient processes and maximize warehouse productivity. The Warehouse Operations Manager will coordinate logistical processes, ensure the quality of goods, and prepare relevant documentation. *Responsibilities & Duties:* · Manage warehouse staff and daily activities · Work with customers in a professional manner to exceed service expectations · Evaluate and report on warehouse productivity · Determine staffing levels and assign workload · Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials · Manage inventory levels; check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy · Maintain records, report relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation · Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds · Ensure the security of the stock and the warehouse · Communicate job expectations and coach employees · Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers · Comply with procedures, rules and applicable regulations · Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with healthy and safety regulations · Assure compliance with health and safety regulations are maintained and followed · *Qualifications:* · Minimum 3 years of strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and prior management · Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills · Strong Communication and interpersonal skills · Time management and ability to delegate · Problem solving skills · Computer proficiency/knowledge in Microsoft Office and data entry software · Customer service mentality to ensure a positive customer experience · Ability to operate warehouse equipment · Demonstrated knowledge in safety regulations and commitment to safety Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person- LocationNorth York, ON
