The company has experienced a strong increase in business, particularly in the last 5 years.</span></p></span><br><br><b></b><span><p><strong><span>YOU LOVE TO :</span></strong></p><ul> <li>Enthusiastically answer requests from clients regarding information, maintenance or repairs, by telephone or at the counter,</li> <li>Manage client requests for maintenance and repairs,</li> <li>Generate a work order for maintenance, equipment or machinery repairs for clients or following the sale of equipment or machinery stemming from the sales department and ensure a follow-up with the client, until they have been invoiced or the work is finished,</li> <li>Determine the work that is subject to the warrantee,</li> <li>Consistently inform clients about the necessary work, including cost estimates,</li> <li>Recommend to the clients preventative equipment maintenance during repairs,</li> <li>Partake in planning the work schedule of the service department,</li> <li>Establish invoicing of work orders generated following a service call,</li> <li>Sell and promote our mechanics services to clients,</li> <li>At all times, comply with the standards and policies regarding health and safety in the workplace.</li></ul></span><br><br><span><p><strong><span>YOU HAVE IDEALLY :</span></strong></p><ul> <li>A vocational diploma in mechanics or parts,</li> <li>Experience as a technical advisor in the retail trade,</li> <li>You are passionate about agriculture, business or the industrial field,</li> <li>Functional English: an asset in order to serve the English-speaking clientele related to the position;</li> <li>Verbal communication skills, active listening, understanding of the client’s needs, organized (ability to coordinate many requests simultaneously) and a passion for customer service and sales!</li></ul></span><br><br><b></b><span><p><strong>WE OFFER :</strong></p><ul> <li>Group insurance after 3 months of seniority</li> <li>RRSP with employer participation after 3 months of seniority</li> <li>4 paid days per year are granted for personal or sick leave</li> <li>A monthly and annual team bonus plan</li> <li>An annual amount to purchase new safety boots</li> <li>Workwear provided by the employer</li> <li>Corporate discounts for our employees and your family</li> <li>Ongoing training for our employees offered by our in-house trainer and by John Deere</li></ul></span><br><br><b></b><span><p><span>Come join a young and dynamic team in which it is possible for you to grow, career-wise, throughout our 18 stores in Quebec or in Ontario!</span></p><p><span>Welcome to our JLD-Laguë family!</span></p></span><br><br> <br> <ul></ul>- LocationCoaticook, QC
