Iqra Childcare and Preschool is currently seeking applicants to fill the Early Childhood Educator different positions at our future Regina downtown location, which is expected to open in spring 2024. We are currently looking for 5 full-time positions that have childcare experience. Children learn primarily through play and thrive in nurturing environments surrounded by trusted and passionate educators. Through the assistance of our exceptional ECE team, the Iqra Childcare has high rated programming to serve our community through this childcare. The candidate will foster children's innocence and elevate all opportunities to turn playtime into learning potential. The Iqra Childcare has a particular playing to learn Curriculum, an interest and play based way of teaching. This curriculum focuses on allowing children the freedom to learn at their own pace, develop valuable skills and reach developmental milestones, all while having fun. Responsibilities: Understand and uphold Ministry of Education childcare regulations while adopting cooperation. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and explore. Engage and encourage children through the implementation of the Iqra Childcare playing to learn curriculum. Maintains a clean and healthy workplace according to public health and Iqra Childcare standards. Demonstrates a commitment to working in partnership with parents, families, stakeholders and team members. Requirements: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Level I or ECE Level II Certification preferred but not required. Experience working in a structured childcare environment, an asset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Current Standard First Aid and CPR Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector check. Play and Exploration Training is an asset, but not required.- LocationRegina, SK
