Looking to hire an office assistant manager for a small construction company serving the vancouver and Fraser Vally districts. Daily job responsibilities include but not limited to entering hours for employees and subcontractors. Entering daily expenses from bank accounts and credit cards. Running payroll on a bi-weekly basis. Prepare invoices monthly based on jobsites. Receive invoices from multiple subcontractors and confirm hours and approve invoices as required. Updated excel spreadsheets to keep track of daily, monthly, and yearly cost reports. Update spreadsheets for monthly SOV?s. Job involves other basic office duties as well. Must be familiar with Microsoft programs ie excel, word, teams, etc. and basic office equipment. Must have experience with QuickBooks online.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 ? 40 per week
