*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in food preparation and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. * Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. * Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. * Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies. * Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food service and hospitality. *Skills* * Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. * Experience in food preparation and handling within a restaurant or similar environment. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining individual responsibilities. * Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not required. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and helping others in a busy setting. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
