*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. *Duties* * Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. * Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents. * Operate and monitor CCTV systems to oversee activities within designated zones. * Enforce rules and regulations to prevent loss or damage to property. * Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing assistance as needed. * Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary. * Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. * Provide excellent customer service while interacting with the public. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention is preferred. * Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems. * Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. * A valid security guard license may be required depending on local regulations. * Courses required Pressure Point Control Tactics, First Aid CPR/AED Level C, Naloxone Training,non crisis intervention, and Whimis training required.
