*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team - Electric Forklift Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development and expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of technology sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply. *Duties* * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote business growth. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market analysis. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. * Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. *Skills* * Proven experience in business development and technology sales. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. * Proficiency in account management practices. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities. * Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. * Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
