JOB SUMMARY: Residence Nurse Home Manager shall have the personality, ability, and temperament necessary to interact with supported persons in a manner that will respect and maintain the persons' spirit, dignity and individuality. The RN is solely responsible for providing care that is within the scope of the RN practice. The Staffed Home Manager shall be responsible for the daily operation and leadership of the service ensuring that each supported person is provided with the opportunity and support for independence, learning and self-expression according to their abilities and choices.
