As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art greenhouse facility. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Maintenance Team, scheduling and conducting preventative maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation and repair of all equipment. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance operations and efficiency, providing recommendations accordingly. Improve and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance systems. Plan, estimate, and assign work orders. Evaluate the effectiveness of repairs and ensure efficient labour force utilization and maintenance- LocationDelta, BC
