Job Title: HR Analyst II Location: Montreal, QC Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Responsibilities: Business Intelligence and analytics Maintain standardized People Analytics dashboards, metrics, KPIs and reports using Power BI and PeopleSoft queries. Provide summary level and detailed reports incrementally and on an ad-hoc basis; examples include overtime reports, time-off management, headcount reports, payroll reports Support the day-to-day HR Analytic needs for our stakeholders Implement best in class data processes, data management and data quality controls. Use data as a driver to provide the business with insights Identify and use multiple data sources, analyze and present results interpret data and derives significant- LocationMontréal, QC
