Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every patient leaves feeling cared for and confident in their eyewear choices ? Conduct eyewear fittings, repairs, and adjustments with precision ? Assist patients in selecting the perfect frames and lenses to meet their visual and aesthetic needs ? Maintain detailed knowledge of lens types, coatings, and upgrades to provide the best solutions for patients ? Support and guide patients with contact lens fittings ? Assist with optical lab operations as needed ? Collaborate with the team to promote and support our medical aesthetics services, including booking consultations and educating patients on treatments ? Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dispensary What We?re Looking For: ? A Licensed Optician with a minimum of 2 years of experience ? Passion for providing exceptional patient care ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills ? Ability to work effectively in a team setting ? Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet goals and KPIs ?
