*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a positive work environment for our team. This role requires effective team management and a solid understanding of the food service industry.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
* Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a cohesive team environment. Maintain Staff Schedule and ensure enough staff is available on rotation.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
* Handle cash management duties, including cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
* Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
* *Able to handle peak hours, staffing issues, and guest complaints, Quick decision-making under pressure and proven ability to manage large teams or operations in busy environments. *
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
* Ability of work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with staff and guests.
* Knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial management within a restaurant setting. *Knowledge of working with a POS system is mandatory.*
* Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is a plus.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* A background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is essential.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
