Are you passionate about healthcare and committed to collaborative patient care? We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and friendly healthcare team! The position is available beginning January 2025. Upper Beach Health + Wellness is a multidisciplinary clinic located in the Upper Beach Neighborhood that focuses on functional rehabilitation. We are community based and our growth and success is through word of mouth referrals and our interactions and the care we provide to our neighbours. We use hands-on therapy, education, and rehabilitation to help our clients return to optimal function. We are a collaborative team consisting of Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, TCM Acupuncture Practitioners and Social Workers providing mental health care. Our team works well together with co-treating clients and helping each other with cases. The clinic is at street level with exposure to foot traffic and a streetcar stop in front of our entrance. We offer a large, well equipped, treatment room and additional shared space for acupuncture and rehab exercises. We are seeking a motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be reliable and organized with an ability to think outside the box. A commitment to continuing education will be a plus. A Physiotherapist who has experience, but not necessary, with the following would be a great fit. We are also encouraging of different techniques and assessments a new team member may offer. - Acupuncture - NKT - AiM - Functional Movement and Rehab - Pelvic Floor - Pre/ Post Natal Rehab - Pre / Post Surgical - A paediatric physio or experience working with children under 10 with sports injuries We currently have 2 part time and 1 full time Physiotherapist on our team. Our full time PT (who is fully booked) began her Maternity Leave in October 2024 and will be taking 1 full year off. Our part time PTs are taking extended time off for personal holidays in the first half of 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a new team member to take over some case loads in an established clinic with a large client base and also allows opportunity to grow your own practice. Our PT schedule is comfortably booked year round. *HOURS AVAILABLE:* Permanent Part time or Full available. Our shifts are half days, however we would consider a longer shift. Monday to Thursday: 8 am -1: 30 pm or 1:30pm - 7 pm Friday 8 am - 3 pm Saturday 9 am - 3-pm *Compensation:* - 65/35 split with 65% going to the therapist + incentive bonus structure - Favorable maximum monthly contribution model for financial growth and gain for the physio(clinic contribution capped, therapist earns 90% beyond cap).
