*Overview* We are seeking passionate, certified and dedicated Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our dynamic and growing studio team. The ideal candidates will possess teaching experience, Reformer Pilates Certification and are comfortable providing group instruction to clients of all levels. As a Pilates Instructor at Hudson Flow, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and motivating environment for clients as well as maintaining our brand. *Duties* * Lead engaging and effective Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring all participants feel included and motivated. * Educate clients on proper techniques, alignment, and breathing methods to maximize their workout experience. * Communicate clearly with clients regarding class expectations, modifications, and safety protocols. * Provide personalized feedback and support to help clients improve their skills and achieve their fitness objectives. * Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. * Utilize bilingual communication skills (English and French) when necessary to enhance the experience for diverse clientele. *Experience* * Reformer Pilates Certified/Completion of Reformer Course training. * Previous experience as a Reformer Pilates Instructor. * Strong leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate clients. * Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on building relationships with clients. * Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable but not mandatory. * A passion for health, wellness, and continuous personal development within the fitness industry.
