At Richardson, we are committed to enhancing our facilities and services and investing in our people and our communities.&nbsp;&nbsp;Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.&nbsp; We currently have an opportunity for a Senior HR Coordinator in one of Winnipeg&rsquo;s largest Human Resources departments.&nbsp; This position is responsible for providing a full spectrum of human resources services to an assigned business unit in the areas of administration of Human Resources programs, responding to employee and manager inquiries, and job posting activities.&nbsp;Responsibilities:Provide support to managers and employees on routine HR administration inquiriesReview HR transactions completed by managers and employees in Workday such as job requisitions, job offers, job changes, personal employee changesTroubleshoot routine, frontline Workday issues; follow up on outstanding transactionsSupport the recruitment function by posting jobs on various job boardsConduct employee orientations, and track probationary review completionSupport campus recruitment activities such as administering one-way interviews, tracking of interviews and offers&nbsp;Qualifications:Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field preferred2 &ndash; 3 years human resources administration experienceProficiency with Microsoft 365 and HR systems is requiredSuperior attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high volume environmentExceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyFlexible hours and overtime will be required during peak periodsBi-lingual in French and English is an asset&nbsp;Richardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan and training and career development opportunities.&nbsp;Interested candidates should click the APPLY TO THIS POSITION icon to apply online by January 6, 2025.&nbsp;Richardson International values diversity in the workplace.
