*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to Individual and family, Couple therapy., focusing on their emotional, behavioural, and psychological well-being.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
* Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs
* Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to promote emotional healing and personal growth.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including data collection and documentation of treatment progress.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including MVA providing treatment plans for same , and case managers, to ensure holistic patient care.
* Stay informed about current research in child psychology and implement best practices in therapy.
* Educate clients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
* Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills in pediatric therapy.
*Skills*
* Experience working with MVA in a clinical or educational setting is essential.
* Knowledge of mental health issues and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
* Proficient in data collection methods for assessing client progress.
* Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to mental health care.
* Strong research skills to stay updated on the latest developments in psychotherapy practices.
* Effective case management abilities to coordinate care among various stakeholders involved in a child's well-being.
* Experience working within clinical settings or similar environments is preferred.
* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism..
