*Job Overview* Miramichi Smiles Family Dentistry is seeking a talented full-time Dental Associate to join our dynamic team in the picturesque and growing Miramichi, New Brunswick. Due to increasing demand, expanded service offerings and growth of our practice we are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team . *Responsibilities* * Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. * Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. * Restore, extract and replace diseased and decayed teeth * Demonstrate proficiency in oral surgery and prosthodontics (asset) * Design bridgework, fit dentures and provide appliances * Write fabrication instructions or prescriptions for use by denturists and dental technicians * Perform oral surgery, periodontal surgery and other treatments * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards. * Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care. * Educate patients on oral health practices and preventative care strategies. * Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in dentistry. *Requirements * * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) * Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Brunswick * Proficiency in oral surgery and prosthodontics (RPD/CD) is an asset * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Commitment to providing compassionate patient care *Benefits* * Competitive compensation package including extended health coverage * Signing bonus * Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance * Beautiful location in the heart of Miramichi, New Brunswick. *About Us* At Miramichi Smiles Family Dentistry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional dental care with a focus on serving the community of Miramichi with full-service dentistry.
