*Job Summary* We are looking for a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician for one of our clients. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing farm and construction machinery, ensuring optimal equipment performance for our customers. *Job Type:* Full Time, Permanent *Working Hours:* Monday to Friday, every 3rd Saturday *Job Duties* * Inspect, maintain, and repair farm and construction machinery, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems. * Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate necessary repairs. * Order parts and supplies for maintenance tasks. * Advise the Service Manager on equipment conditions and maintenance needs. * Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. * Keep detailed records of repairs and services. * Train and collaborate with team members to maintain service standards. * Pursue ongoing training and certifications for professional growth. *Job Requirements* * 5+ years of experience as a Technician in heavy equipment or agriculture. * Red Seal Certification (421A or 425A). * Valid driver?s license (Z endorsement preferred or to be obtained within 3 months). * Completion of New Holland Level 1 training (within 6 months). * Expertise in three product groups, including one engine-related. * Commitment to Master Technician training within the first year. * Availability for overtime as needed. *Core Competencies* * Strong technical expertise with farm and construction machinery. * Effective communication and customer service skills. * Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive problem solver. * Willingness to train, learn, and adapt to new challenges. *What We Offer* * Mobile Service Truck provided for the role. * Comprehensive benefits package and company savings plan. * Monthly performance-based bonus. * Supportive team environment with opportunities for career growth and professional development Best Regards, HR Team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $37.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * RRSP match * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift Application question(s): * Do you have experience working in the Heavy or Agriculture Industry as a Technician ? with experience performing onsite repairs?
