*MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN CANADA * *Summary of Role * The HR Manager provides support to the General Manager and Hotel Department Leaders on various human resources programs: recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management & employment standards. The HR Manager provides leadership that fosters the Company?s Guiding principles and values *RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide guidance and support to Leaders with the recruitment and on-boarding processes of a New employee Manage the benefits and pension plan programs as well as other employee recognition programs Manage WCB claims, Return-to Work and Leaves of Absence programs Coordinate the annual performance review process Provide guidance and support on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, work place investigations, labour laws, employment standards and immigration Prepare and provide recommendations for the annual Total Compensation Review Maintain knowledge of Federal/Provincial Employment and Labour laws, Employment Standard legislative changes and Human Rights legislative changes. Identify impact to the Company?s programs and make recommendations for reviews to company policies and procedures *EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS* Education in Human Resources Management considered an asset Experience within the Human Resources profession including Conflict and Performance Management. A demonstrated proficiency in Facilitation, working collaboratively and building relationships Experience in the hospitality industry with 3/4 years of experience in a supervisory role Job Type: Full-time Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Dental care * Discounted or free food * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Human resources: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationSaskatoon, SK
