Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Pet shop. Tasks: Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Conduct performance reviews. Supervision: 3-4 people. 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
