Join our team and be at the heart of daily innovative product development.</p><p><strong><em>Faction Bike Studio</em></strong> is looking for an <strong>mechanical engineer </strong>to join its product development team. Do you have ideas and expertise that you would like to share? Great! We?d like to benefit from your know-how while we help you improve.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design components, assemblies, tools, and molds, from concept to production.</li><li>Perform digital simulations.</li><li>Manage and operate the test laboratory.</li><li>Design and support for prototype manufacturing.</li><li>Ensure that the product complies with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>At least five years of experience.</li><li>Bachelor?s degree in mechanical engineering.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of SolidWorks surface/solid modeling and technical drawings software.</li><li>Good knowledge of technical issues, materials (aluminum, composites), and manufacturing processes used in the bicycle industry.</li><li>Strong organizational and teamwork skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of bicycle parts and assembly.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.</li><li>Sense of observation, thoroughness, and attention to detail.</li><li>Good documentation skills.</li><li>Bike enthusiast is an asset.</li><li>Bike mechanical skills is an asset.</li><li>Independent, meticulous, and responsible.</li></ul><p><strong></strong><span>Want to learn more about our company? <br>https://enduro-mtb.com/en/faction-bike-studio-visit/<br>https://podcasts.apple.com/ca/podcast/épisode-21-faction-bike-studio/id1709303099?i=1000653053269 <br><br></span></p><p><strong>Apply now at: job@factionbikestudio.com</strong></p><p><span></span>Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.<br>Possibility of telework two days a week.<br><br>The closing date for applications is <strong>January 17th 2025</strong></p><p></p>
