<p>Worker Type:</p>Term (Fixed Term)<p></p><p></p><p>Language(s) Required:</p>English<p></p><p></p><p>Term Duration (in months):</p>12<p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :</p>$60,334 - $81,630<p></p><p></p>Loan administration experience needed<br>Coach the team responsible for processing complex loan administration transactions. <br>You?ll coordinate workload for the team and ensure the integrity of customer and loan security data and documentation.<p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll do:</span></b></p><ul><li><p> Analyze and process complex loan administration transactions</p></li><li><p>Coach, support and train Loan Administration Technicians</p></li><li><p>Coordinate workload for the team</p></li><li><p>Provide direction on policies and procedures to internal and external partners, including responding to inquiries</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What we?re looking for:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Analytical thinker with the ability to evaluate complex transactions</p></li><li><p>Strong leader able to coach team members</p></li><li><p>Organized problem solver with strong attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Strong communicator able to work with internal and external customers</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll need:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>A two-year diploma or certificate in a related field, or secondary school plus one year of specialized studies in a related field, and one year of experience; or secondary school plus at least two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience</p></li><li><p>Extensive knowledge of loan administration practices, policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of collateral documentation and provincial real property and personal property registry requirements</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#FCCEN</p>- LocationMoncton, NB
