SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team, with the role based in Edmonton and reporting to the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing a range of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, benefits, onboarding, and employee relations, across both Canada and the US. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills to effectively support our dynamic and growing team. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring processes. Prepare source documentation for new hires.
