Salary:The salary range for this position is CAD $74.45/Hr. - CAD $81.90/Hr.Summary: Owned and operated by Providence Health Care, the Foundry Granville Clinic provides physical & sexual health, mental health, substance use, peer support and social services via a multi-disciplinary team to young people between the ages of 12 and 24.The Nurse Practitioner at the Foundry Granville Clinic provides episodic, enhanced/specialized and longitudinal care. The collaborative team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, counsellors, occupational/rehab services, peer support, and administrative staff. At the Foundry Granville Clinic, Nurse Practitioners also have access to shared care consultation with the psychiatrists on site.
