Salary:The salary range for this position is CAD $74.45/Hr. - CAD $81.90/Hr.Summary: The Adult Bleeding Disorders Program of BC provides interdisciplinary care to people with inherited bleeding disorders such as Hemophilia and von Willebrand Disease. The Program at Providence Health Care provides comprehensive care for patients and families with all severities of Hemophilia A and B, diagnosis and ongoing care for all inherited bleeding disorders, bleeding disorder management recommendations for trauma and surgery, a home coagulation factor infusion program, and specialized care for women with bleeding disorders. Reporting to the Nurse Practitioner Department Head for professional issues, and Program Director for operational issues, the Nurse Practitioner consults on and reviews Person with Inherited Bleeding Disorders- LocationVancouver, BC
