*Job Overview* We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT project management and demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage teams effectively, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within scope. *Duties* * Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Utilize project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Kanban to drive project success. * Gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. * Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders. * Facilitate team meetings and provide leadership to ensure collaboration among team members. * Document project progress using tools such as Confluence and ServiceNow for tracking and reporting purposes. * Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in all project deliverables. *Skills* * Proficiency in ServiceNow for project tracking and management. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Experience in team management, fostering a collaborative environment among diverse teams. * Knowledge of Kanban principles for efficient workflow management. * Familiarity with various project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile frameworks. * Expertise in program management with a focus on IT projects. * Ability to conduct thorough requirements gathering to inform project planning and execution. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
