Education: Master's degree. Work setting: Hospital/medical facility or clinic. Tasks: Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team. Coordinate patient care. Evaluate patient care and progress. Implement an interdisciplinary plan of care. Interpret medical test results . Monitor patients and advise physician of any changes in patients' condition.
