Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Food service establishment. On-site customer service. Fast food outlet or concession. Tasks: Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Food safety/handling skills. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Safe Food Handling certificate. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Standing for extended periods. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?.
