We're looking for a sales representative for the retail and commercial sector in the GTA and surrounds area. Are you persistent, goal-oriented, results-driven and focused on customer satisfaction, you have experience in the paint industry? This position is for you! Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the incumbent's main responsibilities will include: - Regularly follow up and visit with existing customers and identify new opportunities - Take care of your own territory, solicit new customers and propose the full range of products offered by the company. - Establish key strategies and relationships to grow the business. - Maintain and Create excellent relationships of trust with customers - Ensure monthly sales targets are met - Faithfully represent the company's image and corporate culture while acting in a professional manner - Participate in weekly team meetings to develop strategies, track progress against objectives and report results - Enter data into computer system - All other related tasks In concrete terms, we're looking for a sales representative with interpersonal skills and experience in customer service and sales. - Motivated by achieving and surpassing objectives and customer satisfaction. - Ease of expression - Enthusiasm, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit - Outgoing and sociable personality - Sense of discipline, in terms of schedule management, assessment of priorities and achievement of objectives - Minimum two years' experience in sales and customer service Benefits : - Base salary + uncapped commissions - Monday to Friday schedule (full-time) - Group insurance program - Cell phone, computer provided by employer - Meal and car allowance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Commission pay Benefits: * Company events * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * Work from home Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * sales: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (required) Work Location: On the road
