*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, focusing on both adult and pediatric patients. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. *Responsibilities* - Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. - Conduct routine procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care. - Maintain accurate patient records using AbelDent - Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. - Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the office. - Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training. *Experience* - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required. - Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, particularly in family dentistry. - Proficiency in CAD technology for restorative procedures is a plus. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
