This is not just a job; it?s a chance to be part of a team that values your skills, encourages your growth, and rewards your success. *Job Duties:* * Drive significant growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients. * Develop and maintain positive relationships, identifying potential leads through regular customer visits and cold calls. * Create and implement effective follow-up strategies for leads. * Provide customers with quotations, product information, and delivery details. * Submit activity and call reports related to customer interactions, quotes using Hytrol Software, orders, and issues. * Conduct presentations, training seminars, and attend exhibitions to boost sales and visibility. * Collaborate with the engineering team to offer technical assistance, training, and cost-saving alternatives to customers. * Work closely with the sales team on customer service, quotes, and dispute resolution. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in sales, preferably in heavy machinery or business development. * Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities. * Fluency in English is essential. * Knowledge of conveyors and palletizing products is advantageous. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Inside sales: 1 year (required) * Sales: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- LocationAurora, ON
