The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a *Customer Service Representative *for our *Kamloops Fix Auto *location in Kamloops, BC.

In the position of *Customer Service Representative *reporting to the *Body Shop Manager* the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors in person or via phone call, respond attentively to calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel, and run errands while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with customers or potential clients.
*You will be accountable for:*
· Promptly answer telephone in a warm and courteous manner
· Operate a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate sales representative or department.
· Respond to emails in a timely manner
· Coordinates all courier pickups.
· Organize, maintain, and coordinate Company records and files in their proper locations.
· Where necessary, assist in the compilation of data for various reports.
· Welcome on-site customers, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary
· Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested.
· Take customer payments when required.
· Communicate with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly and effective manner
· Acquire basic knowledge about the dealership, in order to be able to respond to inquiries for general information
· Obtain basic demographic information on every customer, using a follow-up file, a computer system, a check-list or any other method established by the dealership
· Provide information to customers on various dealership promotions when requested.
· Answer basic customer inquiries or direct customer to appropriate personnel
· Any other duties as assigned.
*To be successful in this role, you must have:*
· A valid driver?s license
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· The ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.
· A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
· The ability to maintain filing systems and basic database systems.
· Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Preference will be given to those with experience in the automotive industry.
*Pay Range Offered:*
· Salary Range: Minimum $20.00 Max $26.00 per hour
· Workdays: Monday to Friday
· Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, 8 hours a day.
