*Job Summary* HIRING IMMEDIATELY High Grade is a local company seeking a versatile individual for a Heavy Equipment Operator Position. *Location*: Located south of vermilion approx 1/2 hour. *Essential*: Hard working with strong work ethic, honest, punctual, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work independently physically demanding conditions. Must be flexible as may be needed for possible evenings, weekends and on call. *Job requirements:* Must have experience running some or all of the following equipment: John Deere Motor Grader with attachments Skid Steer Dump Truck Back Hoe Tractors Pulling Trailers Hand Tools Preform Pretrip, post trip, walk around inspections with high attention to detail. Assist with general maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, labour tasks and duties as needed at shop, yard, or project site. Preform any related and/or additional duties as assigned. *Required Education, Skills and Qualifications* Experience running heavy equipment motor grader and pulling trailers. Will need Valid H2S, and First Aid tickets. Will need to have strong mechanical ability to preform routine maintenance and can or willing to learn for equipment overhauls. Ability to work independently, follow direction, and attention to detail. Must be able to read maps and find LSD locations. Retention of a Class 5 Drivers License with abstract. Class 1 or 3 with air brakes would be an asset. Ability to speak, write, and read English is required. Able to accept direction, a positive attitude, and able to work in a team environment.
