As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and experienced *Real Estate Broker* to join our dynamic team.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* *Client Management*: Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and tenants to facilitate successful transactions.
* *Market Expertise*: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and provide clients with expert advice and guidance.
* *Property Listings*: Assist clients in listing properties, including preparing market analysis and pricing recommendations.
* *Negotiation*: Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best interests of all parties are met.
* *Sales and Marketing*: Utilize various marketing channels (online listings, social media, open houses) to promote properties and attract potential clients.
* *Documentation and Compliance*: Prepare contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
* *Collaboration*: Work closely with property managers, other brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
*Qualifications*:
* *Real Estate License*: A valid real estate broker?s license in Ontario is required.
* *Experience*: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property management. Experience with both residential and commercial properties is a plus.
* *Communication Skills*: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* *Negotiation Skills*: Proven track record of successful negotiations and closing deals.
* *Tech-Savvy*: Familiar with real estate software, CRM systems, and online listing platforms.
* *Self-Motivated*: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve personal and company goals.
