*Job Title: National/ Regional/ District Leadership, Sales Manager Location:* 200 Ronson Dr. Etobicoke ON
*Reports To:* Managing Director
*About the Role: *As MembersHealth National and/or Regional Sales Manager for Canada, you are responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening our market presence. This role will focus on building strong relationships with clients, developing strategic sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for driving cost efficiency, implementing ROI-focused strategies, and reporting on sales performance to senior management.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Sales Strategy and Execution:* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Canada, targeting key market segments to achieve sales objectives and revenue growth.
* *Cost Efficiency:* Identify and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize sales efforts, ensuring that resources and compensation allocation aligns with achieving optimal return on investment (ROI) while minimizing unnecessary expenses.
* *ROI Strategy:* Create and execute ROI-driven sales plans, measuring the effectiveness of sales initiatives, campaigns, and investments to ensure maximum profitability for the National Brand.
* *Team Leadership:* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular feedback and support for professional development.
* *Account Management:* Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand business within key accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* *New Business Development:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new client acquisition and market penetration in assigned territories.
* *Market Analysis:* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the region to identify potential areas for business growth and competitive advantage.
* *Sales Forecasting and Reporting:* Prepare sales forecasts, detailed reports, and budgets for the region. Include analyses of cost efficiency and ROI to provide insights and recommendations for strategy optimization to senior management.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
* *Compliance:* Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
* *Travel:* Regular travel within the region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a regional sales management role.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze market data, trends, and financial metrics to make informed business decisions focused on ROI.
* Experience with cost-efficiency initiatives and strategies.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Willingness to travel within the region as required.
*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience in the telehealth, virtual care and/or EFAP/EAP sector.
* Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and financial reporting.
* Bilingual in English and French Preferred.
