*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team at Generation Green Packaging Inc. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing customer accounts, assisting in business development, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate and negotiate while utilizing technology to enhance the sales process. *Responsibilities* * Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Support business development efforts by identifying potential markets and leads. * Collaborate with team members to prepare sales presentations and proposals. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. * Participate in negotiations with clients to close sales effectively. * Assist with administrative tasks related to the sales process as needed. *Requirements* * Previous experience in account management or sales is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is advantageous. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. * *Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.* *Compensation* * Competitive base salary * *Commission-based earnings potential of 10-20% on closed deals*.
