Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare journal entry. Manage accounts receivable. Manage accounts payable. Prepare bank reconciliations. Prepare payroll. Invoice clients. Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems. Perform general office duties. Prepare financial statements and reports. Manage cash. Reconcile accounts. Post journal entries. Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Computer and technology knowledge: Acomba. Electronic mail. MS Excel. MS Word. Internet. Area of specialization: Accounting. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
