We specialize in service, repair, maintenance, and installation of neon, parking lot lights, LED, and fluorescent signs. _ _YESCO is internationally recognized, with over 70 franchises, providing top-tier customer service and maintaining a tradition of innovative excellence. The sign industry continues to grow in the U.S. and Canada, and we?re looking for a skilled technician to join our team._ _*Position Overview*_ _As a Sign and Lighting Technician, you will:_ _- Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of 120V/347V AC electrical components (interior and exterior)_ _- Conduct service and lighting fixture upgrades_ _- Operate bucket trucks, tow trailers, scissor lifts, and other necessary equipment_ _- Complete minor and major outdoor sign and lighting repairs_ _- Document work orders and communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives_ _*Key Requirements*_ _- Prior experience in the sign and lighting industry_ _- Strong knowledge of neon, LED, fluorescent, and parking lot lighting systems_ _- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting expertise in electrical systems_ _- Ability to diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools_ _- Valid G license with a clean driving record_ _- Experience operating equipment such as bucket trucks, tow trailers, and scissor lifts_ _- Comfortable working at heights (certification will be provided)_ _- Willingness to work in all weather conditions_ _- Excellent verbal and written communication skills_ _- Ability to read and understand a written scope of work_ _- Proficient with modern technology (e.g., smartphones) in a paperless environment_ _- Professional, neat, and customer-friendly_ _*Personality Traits*_ _- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently_ _- Optimistic, confident, and positive outlook_ _*Position Details*_ _- Full Time (flexible scheduling available)_ _- Use of a company truck for business purposes_ _- Competitive wages based on qualifications and experience_ _We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted._ Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $26.00-$33.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 ? 45 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: On the road
