Our team of Supply Chain and Logistics experts speaks your language and operates in your world.</p><p>We are looking for a Supply Agent for one of our customers in the entertainment and visual creation sector. <br> <br>Responsibilities : <br>- Creation of requisitions and purchase orders <br>- Credit card reconciliation <br>- Billing follow-up <br>- Assistance with buyers <br>- Assistance to manager (appointments, calendar) <br>- Order follow-up</p><p>Qualifications required: <br> <br>- AEC in procurement or other relevant degree <br>- Relevant experience in a similar position <br>- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent writing skills; <br>- Good knowledge of office automation and software commonly used in office work (word processing, spreadsheet, database, etc.); <br>- ERP experience; <br>- Fluency in written and spoken French to be able to communicate with internal and external customers;</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
