Pivot Rx is a unique community pharmacy putting our patients at the center of our model. We work with our patients to create a personalized, streamlined care plan ensuring our patients get the most out of their medications and their pharmacy. We are growing fast and are looking to add further depth to our team by adding an additional pharmacist We are looking for the right candidate who wants to grow along with our business. the ideal candidate has experience working in a community pharmacy, wants to work in a rapidly growing pharmacy, and enjoys bringing their input to help us adapt to changes. Our goal is to create a differentiated customer experience through a number of unique work processes. Our ideal candidate has a passion for going far beyond just filling prescriptions. We provide both an environment and the time necessary for the ideal candidate to practice to their full scope and play a significant role in improving the medication management of the patients they interact with. We strive to provide the technological tools to make our work environment more efficient for our employees. The systems and tools in place include paperless work flow, cloud based fax, and robotic prescription filling. We have a number of pharmacy technicians who further allow our pharmacists to focus their energy and knowledge working more with patients and spend minimal time checking prescriptions. We also have opportunities to complete some workflow remotely. In addition to a great work environment, we offer a share of professional services, as well as an opportunity to gain ownership in our growing company. We are open 9-6 Monday to Friday and 9-1 Saturday and Sunday and can offer a flexible schedule. We have big plans!
