Scope of the Position:The Battery Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for process development of various operations ( mixing, coating, calendaring ) for lithium ion battery manufacturing. This role is crucial to the scaling up of our production capabilities and improving the overall performance and reliability of our products. Responsibilities:Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of electrode materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrode designs into the manufacturing process. Scale up laboratory-scale processes to pilot- LocationWindsor, ON
