*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. *Duties* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. * Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. * Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. * Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. *Requirements* * Proven experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not required. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. * Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. * Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. * Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. * Basic math skills for cash handling and making change accurately. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
