Are you passionate about outdoor living and wellness? Do you have a knack for sales and enjoy helping customers find the perfect product for their needs? We're seeking an enthusiastic Hot Tub Sales Specialist to represent our premium hot tub products in Costco stores around Calgary and to start with us immediately. As a Hot Tub Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers, educate them on our top-tier hot tubs, and assist them in finding the perfect fit for their needs and backyard. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing industry and offer customers the ultimate in relaxation and luxury. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to assist customers in choosing the right hot tub for their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations and showcase features to drive sales, engage customers and gain leads. * Engage and present to customers the pros of choosing our company and products. * Assist customers with questions about model pricing, specifications, delivery, and installation. * Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. * Stay informed on the latest hot tub features, technologies, and industry trends. * Ability to work various shifts within the hours of 8:30am-8:30pm at various Costco locations in the Calgary area *Qualifications:* * Prior sales experience, preferably in retail, home improvement, specialized or outdoor products. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently. * Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and being capable of staying focused and productive during slower times. * Competency in logging future sales prospects in a CRM system. * Knowledge of hot tubs or outdoor living products is a plus, but not required?training will be provided. You will be trained in everything hot tub through a combination of online training modules and programs, one- on-one training with fellow team members, and group training. This training will provide you with well-rounded expertise. * Be competent in operating Microsoft Office 365 apps for email (Outlook), internal communication (Teams), OneDrive, and navigate online browser access to hot tub manufacturer websites and training portals. *What We Offer:* * Competitive hourly rate + commission on sales. * Health Spending Account. * Cell Phone Stipend for company use of personal cell phone. * Full training and product knowledge to ensure your success. *We are Hot Water LeisureScapes, in the business of making backyards fun and relaxing with swimming pools, hot tubs, swim spas and providing in-store and online retail products, service and repairs, construction, deliveries, and water maintenance.
