*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and food Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of beverages and food safety. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. In addition, you will also be responsible for serving the food to the guest. You will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. * Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. * Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. * Adhere to all food safety regulations and health standards in the preparation and serving of drinks. * Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and keeping track of usage levels. *Skills* * Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Experience in the restaurant or food industry, preferably in bartending roles. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes. * Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. * Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling. * Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods. * Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
