The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) - 12 Month Limited Term, works in the Human Resources Consulting and Program Delivery team and supports the delivery of Seaspan's HR model and business priorities. The HRG provides support to the HR Business Partners and the Director, HR Consulting and Program Delivery in areas such as workforce planning, performance management, employee onboarding and offboarding, retention initiatives, succession planning, employee relations and other HR programs and initiatives. Note: This is a 12 month Limited Term position with 3 weeks' vacation and eligible benefits. This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the- LocationNorth Vancouver, BC
